The Capital Region Invasive Species Partnership (CRISP) provides more efficient and effective invasive species management in the Capital Region through regional collaboration, information sharing, planning and programs. We are a collaborative partnership of local governments, also partnered with the Invasive Species Council of BC and working closely with other agencies and major land managers.

  • Local governments: thirteen municipalities of the Capital Regional and the Capital Regional District (CRD)

We work to partner with:

  • First Nations with traditional territories within the Capital Region
  • Regional and Provincial invasive programs
  • Major land managers in the region

Note: CRISP’s work does not currently include partnerships on the Gulf Islands and but includes some limited work within the Juan de Fuca Electoral Area.
